  • I was honored to have Dr. Durand on my podcast, The Future Is Female Powerlifting. Her episode was by far one of the most informative, well received episodes we’ve ever had. The topic of pelvic health can be a touchy one however one that many people want and need to know about. This episode gave the listeners a chance to hear a professional speak on what is pelvic health and when you should be concerned. She also shed light on how arbitrarily doing certain exercises (ex. kegels) might not be the right choice since some people can have over activity (which was a lightbulb moment for me and many others).
